The inserts measure 8.5" x 5.7" and are undated, they include a section to help you schedule your day from 7 am - 8 pm, a to-do list section and a place to write down notes. Each insert is double-sided and is made from 140 GSM paper. Included in the pack is 72 inserts which equates to 24 weeks worth of planning.
